2017 chevy malibu auto stop problems

Check engine light came on a month and half later. I was advised it can be the throttle position sensor or throttle body. I had to stop on the side of the busy highway to turn my car off and back on again in order to get it to move again. including shipping. THE DEALER CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM.
